Ham Loaf With Pineapple Ii Recipe
- 1 (8 1/4 ounce.) can sliced pineapple, need 3 slices
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. syrup from pineapple
- 2 1/2 lbs. grnd ham loaf mix
- 3/4 c. crushed bite size shredded wheat
- 1/2 c. onion flakes
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 Large eggs, beaten
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- Drain pineapple, reserving 2 Tbsp.. Add in syrup to brown sugar; heat and stir till sugar dissolves.
- Pour into 9 1/2" x 5" x 3" loaf pan; lay 3 slices of pineapple on top of sugar mix.
- Combine remaining ingredients thoroughly; pack lightly over sugar pineapple layer.
- Chill overnight.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 45 min to 2 hrs.
- Remove from oven and let stand 10 min.
- Pour off liquid and invert on plate.
- Slice into 10 to 12 slices.
