Ham Loaf With Pineapple Ii Recipe

  1. Drain pineapple, reserving 2 Tbsp.. Add in syrup to brown sugar; heat and stir till sugar dissolves.
  2. Pour into 9 1/2" x 5" x 3" loaf pan; lay 3 slices of pineapple on top of sugar mix.
  3. Combine remaining ingredients thoroughly; pack lightly over sugar pineapple layer.
  4. Chill overnight.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 45 min to 2 hrs.
  6. Remove from oven and let stand 10 min.
  7. Pour off liquid and invert on plate.
  8. Slice into 10 to 12 slices.
