Garlic Lime Chicken

  1. In a large resealable plastic bag combine the first eight ingredients.
  2. Add chicken to bag.
  3. Seal bag and turn to coat, refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
  4. Discard marinade.
  5. In a skillet, brown chicken in oil on all sides.
  6. Transfer to a greased baking pan.
  7. Bake uncovered at 375 for 20-25 minutes or until juices run clear.
  8. ****Baking time will depend on the size of the chicken breasts.
  9. Don't overcook or they will be dry.
