Mushroom & Herb Flatbread Pizza Recipe CheeseAdventurer

  1. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and cook 2 minutes.
  3. Remove onion from skillet; set aside.
  4. Add mushrooms, garlic and thyme to skillet; cook over medium heat 5 minutes.
  5. Stir in wine: cook over high heat 1 minute more or until wine is evaporated.
  6. Sprinkle flatbread with 1 cup cheese.
  7. Top with mushroom mixture, onion and remaining cheese.
  8. Bake in preheated 450 degrees F oven 5-8 minutes or until cheese is melted.
