Frosty Cauliflower

  1. Mix frosty mixture of 1 cup of mayo, 4-5 tsp of mustard.
  2. Mix well, taste it, add more mustard to your liking.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Cut 1 heard of Cauliflower into about 2-3 inch in size.
  5. Put in a strainer and rinse under cold water
  6. Place Cauliflower in a microwave safe 2 quart dish with a cover.
  7. Add 1 cup water, add salt and stir to get salt mixed in.
  8. You may add more or less salt.
  9. Microwave covered for 8 min.
  10. Check with a fork to a firm and not mushy textute.
  11. Stir lightly and cook for 2 more minutes.
  12. Must be firm and fork should go through.
  13. Drain out all water and let stand with no cover for a couple of minutes so water evporates.
  14. Now the best part.
  15. Spread mayo mixture over cauliflower then add cheese.
  16. You can more cheese to cover all over the top.
  17. Microwave for 2 mimutes or untill the cheese melted
