Chocolate Chip Pie With Pecans

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar.
  3. Add vanilla and eggs to butter mixture, and beat well.
  4. Stir in flour.
  5. Gradually stir in chocolate chips and chopped pecans.
  6. Pour mixture into pie shell.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees F for 35-40 minutes.
  8. When done, the top will be a deep golden color while center may still be soft.
