Pork Tenderloin with Calvados Sauce

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Coat pork with coating mix as directed on package.
  3. Place in shallow roasting pan.
  4. Bake 30 minutes or until cooked through (165F).
  5. Meanwhile, cook and stir apples, onions and mushrooms in butter in medium saucepan on medium heat until tender.
  6. Add broth and cream cheese; cook until cream cheese is completely melted, stirring frequently.
  7. Stir in brandy; cook until heated through.
  8. Cut pork into slices.
  9. Serve topped with the sauce.
