Pickled Jalapeno Peppers

  1. Bring the white vinegar to a boil in a small pot.
  2. Add the sliced carrots, boil 10 minutes.
  3. Add remaining ingredients.
  4. Simmer 10 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Pour Contents into a jar, screw on jar lid, and let cool.
  7. Refrigerate.
