Green Salsa- Salsa Verde
- 7 whole tomatillos
- 6 medium jalapenos
- 1 medium onion, quartered
- 1 cup water
- 1 garlic clove
- 6 stalks cilantro
- 1 medium onion, quartered
- In medium saucepan add tomatillos,jalapenos( tops cut off),1 onion and water.
- Bring to boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes.
- Cool.
- Puree.
- Using pulse setting on food processor add garlic, cilantro and onion.
- Pulse till blended yet leaving some pieces, for crunch.
