Mexican Pie

  1. Brown and drain hamburger,green pepper and onion.
  2. Mix with the next seven ingredients.
  3. Pour into unbaked deep dish pie crust that has been sprinkled with cornmeal.
  4. Bake at 425F for 25 minutes.
  5. Take out of oven and put topping on (the last five ingredients).
  6. Bake about five more minutes.
  7. Cool and slice.
