Bacon Potato Salad

  1. Place potatoes in large saucepan and cover with water.
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat; cover and cook for 10-15 minutes or until tender.
  4. Drain.
  5. In a large bowl, combine potatoes, onion, bacon and parsley.
  6. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
  7. Pour over potato mixture.
  8. Toss to coat.
  9. Refridgerate 1 hour.
