Deep Frying Fish Batter Recipe

• 1/2 c. water
• 1/2 c. lowfat milk
• 1 c. flour
• 1 tbsp. baking pwdr
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 tbsp. vinegar

1. Beat all ingredients together till smooth.
2. Dip fish fillets in batter and fry in deep fat till golden, turning only once.
