Asian Honeyed Pork Recipe

  1. Combine flour and spices.
  2. Coat pork.
  3. In a large frying pan, saute/fry pork in oil till no longer pink, 4-5 min.
  4. Drain pineapple, saving juice.
  5. Add in pineapple, green pepper, mushrooms and tomatoes to pork.
  6. Stir in chicken broth, honey and soy sauce.
  7. Mix cornstarch with 1/4 c. pineapple juice; add in, stirring constantly.
  8. Serve with rice.
  9. Serves 4-6.
