Skillet Burritos Recipe

  1. Cook beef and onion in large skillet; stir in broth and cumin.
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Stir in rice and beans.
  4. Return to a boil.
  5. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 15 to 20 min or possibly till rice is tender.
  6. Stir in picante sauce and cheese.
  7. Serve with tortillas.
  8. Makes 10 servings.
