Country Benedicts
- 4 poached eggs
- 8 pieces of land o lake smoked ham or 4 Canadian ham, heated on griddle
- 2 English muffins, split toasted
- 1 (4 ounce) package gravy, made up
- Place the ham on English Muffin halves, then place poached eggs on top of ham.
- Cover halves with gravy.
- And serve with hash browns or home fries.
