Low Carb Fathead Pizza

  1. Preheat oven to 425
  2. Place cream cheese and mozzarella in a microwave safe bowl and heat for 1 minute.
  3. Stir and heat for another thirty seconds.
  4. Stir in almond flour and beaten egg
  5. Wet hands and spread thinly on parchment paper.
  6. Poke holes all over the dough with a fork.
  7. Sprinkle garlic powder on dough.
  8. Bake for 8 minutes and Madame sure there are no bubbles.
  9. If there are bubbles poke holes with a fork.
  10. Bake another 5-10 minutes or until dough starts to brown.
  11. Add pizza sauce and toppings and bake until cheese melts and begins to brown.
  12. Enjoy!
