Simple Pumpkin Pie

  1. Preheat oven to 425 for 15 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, in a small bowl mix dry ingredients.
  3. Then, in a separate medium-sized bowl, combine wet ingredients.
  4. Slowly, add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix well.
  5. Place combined mixture into the unbaked pie shell.
  6. Then put the pie on the center of the cookie sheet and place in the oven.
  7. Reduce oven temperature to 350 and bake for 45 minutes or until pie is set.
  8. Cool for 2 hours, or refrigerate.
