Japanese Leek Cheese and Ponzu Sauce

  1. Chop the leek into your desired sizes, add oil, mix, place in a heatproof container, then wrap and microwave for 1.5 minutes at 500W.
  2. Scatter cheese on top and bake in an oven.
  3. Sprinkle ponzu sauce and black pepper and enjoy.
  4. Here I chopped the leek into large diagonal slices.
