Japanese Leek Cheese and Ponzu Sauce
- 1 Japanese leek
- 3 drops Olive oil or seasme oil
- 1 bunch Easy melting cheese
- 1 Ponzu
- 1 Black pepper
- Chop the leek into your desired sizes, add oil, mix, place in a heatproof container, then wrap and microwave for 1.5 minutes at 500W.
- Scatter cheese on top and bake in an oven.
- Sprinkle ponzu sauce and black pepper and enjoy.
- Here I chopped the leek into large diagonal slices.
