Berry Orange Smoothie
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup fresh strawberries or 1 cup fresh blueberries or 1 cup fresh raspberry
- 1 ripe banana, sliced
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 3 teaspoons sugar
- 1 cup ice
- Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
- Blend until smooth.
- Serve chilled.
- Note: Extra portions can be refrigerated or frozen for a fast, healthy snack.
