Lighter Buffalo Chicken Dip

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Whisk together hot sauce and ricotta cheese.
  2. Fold in shredded chicken, celery, onion and 1/4 cup of blue cheese.
  3. Transfer mixture into a shallow baking dish and sprinkle with remaining blue cheese.
  4. Bake for about 20 minutes or until bubbly.
  5. Serve hot with celery and carrots sticks, pita chips, or tortilla chips.
