Quick 'N Easy Pork Chop Simmer

  1. Mix barbecue sauce, dressing and mustard in shallow dish until blended.
  2. Remove 6 Tbsp.
  3. barbecue sauce mixture; reserve for later use.
  4. Add chops to remaining barbecue sauce mixture in dish; turn to evenly coat both sides of chops.
  5. Refrigerate 10 min.
  6. Cook chops in large skillet on medium heat 5 min.
  7. ; turn.
  8. Add carrots and reserved barbecue sauce mixture; cover.
  9. Cook 7 to 10 min.
  10. or until sauce is thickened and chops are done (145 degrees F).
  11. Remove from heat.
  12. Let stand 3 min.
  13. Meanwhile, cook rice as directed on package.
  14. Serve chops with rice.
