7-Minute California Egg Sandwich
- 2 egg whites
- 2 slices fully cooked bacon
- 1 Tbsp. Kraft Rancher's Choice Dressing
- 1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
- 1 whole wheat English muffin, split, toasted
- 1/4 avocado, cut into thin slices
- Whisk egg whites in microwaveable bowl sprayed with cooking spray until blended.
- Microwave on HIGH 30 sec.
- ; stir.
- Microwave additional 30 sec.
- or just until whites are set, stirring after 15 sec.
- Place bacon on paper towel-covered microwaveable plate.
- Microwave 30 sec.
- or just until warmed.
- Mix dressing and hot sauce until blended; spread onto muffin halves.
- Fill with eggs, bacon and avocados.
