Roasted Red Pepper & Chorizo Pizza
- 1 ready-to-use baked pizza crust (12 oz.)
- 1/4 cup CLASSICO Traditional Pizza Sauce
- 1 (7 oz.) dry-cured Spanish chorizo, diagonally sliced
- 1 small red onion, sliced
- 1 roasted red pepper, cut into strips
- 4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, cubed
- 1/2 cup torn arugula
- Heat oven to 400F.
- Spread crust with sauce; top with chorizo, onions, peppers and cream cheese.
- Bake 10 to 15 min.
- or until heated through.
- Serve topped with arugula.
