Pistachio cake (made with club soda) - Watergate Pistachio Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees (175 C.) F.
  2. Mix above cake ingredients.
  3. Pour into greased, floured 9 inch X 13 inch cake pan.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees (175 C.) for 35 minutes or until done.
  5. Cool.
  6. Beat instant pudding and cold milk until thick.
  7. Add Cool Whip and mix thoroughly.
  8. Spread on cooled cake.
  9. If not used right away, cake should be refrigerated.
