Spicy Crockpot Taco Soup
- 1- 1/2 pound Ground Beef
- 2 cups Diced Onions
- 6 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 3/4 teaspoons Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Adobo Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Chipotle Powder
- 3/4 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 1- 1/2 teaspoon Cumin
- 4 cups Chicken Broth
- 2 whole Jalapenos, Seeded And Chopped
- 1 can (15 oz. size) Whole Kernel Corn, Drained
- 2 cans Pinto Beans With Liquid (15 Ounce Cans)
- 2 cans (10 Oz. Size) Diced Tomatoes With Green Chilies
- 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Plain Diced Tomatoes
- 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Kidney Beans
- 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Black Beans, Rinsed And Drained
- 1 package Taco Seasoning 0.4 Ounce Packet
- 1 package Ranch Dressing Mix 0.4 Ounce Packet
- Brown grown beef, onions, garlic and spices in a skillet over medium low heat.
- Once the meat is browned and the veggies are softened, turn off the heat and drain fat.
- Add the ground beef mixture into the crockpot with all the other ingredients.
- Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
- Serve with cheese and chips.
