Double Crusted Spinach Quiche
- 5 cups flour, all-purpose
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup vegetable shortening
- 113 cups water
- 6 large eggs
- 5 boxes spinach frozen
- 1 pound feta cheese
- 3 bunches scallions, spring or green onions
- 1 pound cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- Divide Crust batter into 2 sections.
- Line a 9x11 pan.
- Mix together filling and pour in.
- Cover with top crust.
- Bake at 350F (180C) until crust is light brown .
