Honey Balsamic Chicken

  1. Pound out chicken so that it is an even thickness throughout.
  2. Heat olive oil in pan, salt and pepper both sides of chicken and add it to pan.
  3. Cook chicken 8 minutes per side or until done.
  4. Add the balsamic vinegar and honey to the pan and simmer until it thickens (about 1 minute).
  5. I served this with homemade spaetzle in the picture above.
  6. This chicken is amazing!
