Honey Balsamic Chicken
- 4 pieces Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- 2 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons Honey
- Pound out chicken so that it is an even thickness throughout.
- Heat olive oil in pan, salt and pepper both sides of chicken and add it to pan.
- Cook chicken 8 minutes per side or until done.
- Add the balsamic vinegar and honey to the pan and simmer until it thickens (about 1 minute).
- I served this with homemade spaetzle in the picture above.
