Louisiana Corn Casserole Recipe
- 1 stick butter
- 1 minced onion
- 2 (16 ounce.) cans cream corn
- 2 sm. bell peppers, minced
- 1 sm. jar pimento
- 2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 c. minute rice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Grated cheese
- Saute/fry onion and bell pepper in butter.
- Add in corn, rice, pimento, sugar, egg, and seasonings.
- Mix well.
- Pour into a buttered 9 x 13 x 2 inch dish and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 min.
- Top with cheese in the last 10 min of baking time.
