Dessert Nachos

• 1-1/2 gal. JELL-O Butterscotch Flavor Instant Pudding
• 3 gal. milk
• 288 each OREO Cookies
• 3 cups green maraschino cherries, chopped
• 3 cups red maraschino cherries, chopped
• 3 qt. prepared DREAM WHIP Whipped Topping

1. Place pudding mix and milk in 12-quart bowl of electric mixer fitted with paddle attachment.
2. Beat on low speed 30 sec.
3. or just until combined, scraping side of bowl as needed.
4. Beat on medium speed 2 min.
5. Refrigerate at least 30 min.
6. before using.
7. (Or, for trial recipe combine pudding mix and milk in small bowl.
8. Beat with wire whisk 2 min.
9. or until well blended.
10. Refrigerate at least 5 min.)
11. For each serving: Place 3 cookies on dessert plate; top with layers of about 1/2 cup of the prepared pudding, 1-1/2 tsp.
12. of each of the cherries and 2 Tbsp.
13. of the whipped topping.
