Peach Torte
- 2 eggs
- 34 cup sugar
- 12 cup sifted flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 12 cup canned sliced peach
- 13 cup walnuts, chopped
- whipped cream
- peach slices
- Beat eggs well and gradually beat in sugar.
- Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
- Fold into egg mixture, then fold in very well drained peaches and walnuts.
- Turn into greased 9 inch pie pan.
- Bake in 350* oven about 30-40 minutes.
- Cool.
- Top with whipped cream and sliced peaches.
