Crab filled mushrooms

  1. Remove mushroom stems, and discard, set caps aside.
  2. Combine next 5 ingredients in a bowl, stir well.
  3. Gently fold in crabmeat, bell pepper and green onion.
  4. Spoon 1 tbsp crabmeat mixture into each mushroom cap.
  5. Place stuffed mushrooms in a 13X9X2-inch baking dish.
  6. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
  7. Serve warm.
