Basic Best Salmon Loaf

  1. Drain and flake salmon, reserving 2 tablespoons liquid.
  2. Combine flaked salmon and reserved liquid with remaining ingredients.
  3. Place in well-greased 8 1/2 x 8 1/2 x 8 1/2 inch loaf pan or shape into loaf on greased baking pan.
  4. Bake at 350F (180C) for 45 minutes.
