Blue Ribbon Chili Recipe
- 1 1/2 lbs. grnd chuck
- 3 (16 ounce.) cans chili beans
- 1 quart. canned tomatoes
- 1 quart. tomato juice
- 1 onion, minced
- 2 tbsp. chicken bouillon
- 1 1/2 teaspoon chili pwdr
- 1 tbsp. salt
- 1/2 c. warm salsa
- 8 ounce. Blue Ribbon Beer
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 ounce. soy sauce
- Brown beef and add in onion, dump in all ingredients except beer.
- When it comes to a boil add in beer, cook on low heat till thickness you want.
