Fluffy and Oil Free Yogurt Baked Donuts

  1. Combine the ingredients and spoon or squeeze (with a pastry bag) the batter into the silicone donut mold.
  2. Lightly bake at 180C for 15 minutes.
  3. Adjust to your oven.
  4. Be careful not to over-bake it.
  5. The dough with become tough.
  6. Bake it for less time than usual baked donuts.
  7. Serve while it's fluffy and freshly baked.
  8. It's an oil-free dough, so using a larger mold with a generous amount of batter will probably make it a fluffier donut.
  9. The honey is indispensable to give these the proper texture.
  10. I don't recommend reducing it by much.
  11. This one was cut in half like a bagel and filled with raw vegetables!!
  12. It's crispy and delicious.
