Fried Cod with Rice, Corn & Sriracha Aioli

  1. Sriracha Aioli: Combine ingredients.
  2. Fried Cod: Dredge fish in flour, dip in egg and lightly coat in breadcrumbs.
  3. Fry in 325 degrees F deep fryer 4 min.
  4. or until golden brown.
  5. Drain.
  6. Season with half the salt.
  7. Rice & Corn: Combine ingredients.
  8. Season with remaining salt.
  9. Heat until warmed through.
  10. Serve 1/2 cup rice mixture with 6 oz.
  11. fish and 2 Tbsp.
  12. Sriracha Aioli.
