Creole Lady

• 1 12 ounces bourbon whiskey
• 1 12 ounces madeira wine
• 1 teaspoon grenadine
• maraschino cherry, to garnish (red and or or green)

1. Put cracked ice in a mixing glass and add the bourbon, madeira, and grenadine.
2. Stir well, then strain into a cocktail glass.
3. Garnish a red or green maraschino cherry (or both!
