Mushroom & Sausage Spagetti With Celery Noodles

  1. Pasta Sauce.
  2. Fry ground sausage in skillet, drain any fat.
  3. In a medium sauce pan, add olive oil, diced tomatoes, chopped onion, minced clove of garlic, chopped mushrooms and oregano.
  4. heat over medium heat until tomatoes are tender.
  5. Then add ground sausage until hot.
  6. Noodles.
  7. Wash and cut celery stalks in long thin strands the size of large spaghetti.
  8. Cut the celery ribs into long thin strands the size of large spaghetti.
  9. Lay the celery in a large saucepan and pour 1 1/2 quart of boiling water.
  10. Add salt to taste.
  11. Bring to a boil and cook about 10 minutes until the strands are limp.
  12. Drain and serve Pasta sauce.
