Elegantly Scalloped Potatoes
- 6 potatoes
- 2 c. shredded cheese
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 c. raw cubed taters
- 2 c. chopped onions
- 2 c. diced green peppers
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1/2 c. olive oil
- 3/4 tsp. Tabasco
- 2 lb. sliced maters
- 2 Tbsp. cider vinegah
- 1 c. roughly ground Munster chez
- 2 qt. cubed aigplant
- 2 c. diced zucchini squash
- 1 c. English peas
- 3 Tbsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. raw rice
- 1/2 c. uv watah
- Oil a 3-quart casserole ('r 2 different smaller dishes; freeze one fur later).
- Dump ingredients in bowl 'ceptin 'maters, rice, 'n several tablespoons oil, vinegah 'n watah, 'n mix.
- Now layer maters.
- Kiver wid 1/2 uv vegetubles.
- Sprinkle 1/2 uv rice, a few more maters 'n vegetables n rice 'n top wid maters.
- Pore 3 tablespoons olive oil, vinegah 'n watah over top 'n bake kivered fur 2 hours in 350u0b0 stove.
