Marks Meat Rub

  1. Mix ingredients well.
  2. I put them in a container and shake em.
  3. I just put the rub in bowl and roll the meat in it till it coats the meat.
  4. ( less of a mess to clean up.
  5. ).
  6. The Rub is enough for 1 family package of Chicken legs.
