Devilled Eggs
- 7 whole Large Eggs Hard Boiled And Peeled
- 1/4 cups Mayonnaise
- 1- 1/2 Tablespoon Pickle Relish
- 1 teaspoon Yellow Mustard
- 1 Tablespoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 Tablespoons Chives For Garnish
- Halve eggs lengthwise.
- Remove yolks and place in a small bowl.
- Mash yolks with a fork and stir in mayonnaise, pickle relish, and mustard.
- Add salt and pepper, to taste.
- Fill egg whites evenly with yolk mixture.
- Store covered in refrigerator until ready to serve.
- Before serving, garnish with chives.
