Sour Cream and Onion Sliders

  1. Heat grill to medium heat.
  2. Chop dark green ends of onions; reserve for later use.
  3. Chop remaining onions; place in medium bowl.
  4. Add meat, soy sauce, onion powder and 1/4 cup sour cream; mix just until blended.
  5. Shape into 8 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
  6. Grill 3 to 4 min.
  7. on each side or until done (160 degrees F).
  8. Meanwhile, combine remaining sour cream and reserved onions.
  9. Fill buns with lettuce, burgers, sour cream mixture and potato chips.
