Black Eye Pea Salad Recipe

• 1 c. mayonnaise
• 1 tbsp. Worcestershire
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon black pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon Beau Monde
• Juice of 1 lemon
• 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco
• 2 tbsp. instant chopped onion
• 1 teaspoon instant chopped garlic
• 2 1/2 (15 ounce.) cans black - eye peas

1. Mix first 9 ingredients together; add in peas.
2. Cover and chill overnight.
