Baked Donuts No Flour or Eggs
- 50 grams Silken tofu (not drained)
- 90 grams Soy milk
- 15 grams Vegetable oil
- 30 grams Beet sugar (or regular sugar)
- 20 grams Kinako
- 20 grams Okara powder
- 50 grams Rice flour
- 3 1/2 grams Baking powder
- 15 grams Sesame seeds (I used white)
- Break the tofu finely in a sieve or blend into a paste in a food processor.
- Add all ingredients into the tofu and mix well.
- Pour the dough into donut molds, like a silicone mold, and bake in a 355F/180C preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
- Cool on a rack or in a sieve.
