Assorted Cheesecake Lollipops

  1. Place silicone baking mat on a sheet pan.
  2. Arrange lollipop sticks on pan, spaced 4 inches apart.
  3. Spoon Cheesecake Batter into pastry bag fitted with star tip.
  4. Pipe 1-1/2 Tbsp.
  5. Cheesecake Batter in a circular lollipop shape at the end of each stick.
  6. Sprinkle batter with different toppings, such as cracker crumbs, nonpareils, or sprinkles.
  7. Freeze 2 hours or until frozen solid.
  8. Carefully remove pops from baking mat and serve immediately.
