Crunchy Grilled Mushrooms
- 1/3 cup KRAFT Easy Cheese Cream Cheese Spread
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon basil CLASSICO Traditional Basil Pesto Sauce and Spread
- 8 medium sized (500g) field/large mushrooms, stalks removed
- 8 slices (85g) salami, cut into strips
- 1/4 cup (50g) pitted black olives, chopped
- 1/4 cup (50g) semi- sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- Spoon combined cheese spread, sour cream and pesto evenly into the cavities of the mushrooms.
- Top with salami, olives, and semi-sundried tomatoes.
- Grill under a preheated grill until warmed through and cream cheese spread is bubbling.
