Chicken Cheesecake W/ Stove Top Stuffing Crust

  1. Make stuffing according to package directions.
  2. Press in the bottom and sides of a 9 inch springform pan.
  3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  4. Blend together cheeses, eggs, flour, salts & pepper until smooth.
  5. In a skillet melt margarine, add leeks, peppers, garlic and chives and cook until soft about 5 minutes.
  6. Allow to cool then add cheese mixture.
  7. Stir in parsley and chicken.
  8. Pour into pan, smooth top and put pecans on top and bake for 30 minutes.
