Southern Coconut Cream Pie Ii Recipe

• 2 yolks and 2 Large eggs
• 1 1/2 c. sugar
• 1/2 c. melted butter
• 5 teaspoon lemon juice
• 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
• Dash of salt
• 1 1/2 c. flaked coconut
• 1 unbaked pie shell

1. Beat Large eggs and add in sugar, butter, salt and flavorings.
2. Stir in coconut.
3. Pour into shell.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 min.
