Whiting Fish Cakes Recipe

  1. Prepare fish, flake and add in chopped onion, pepper, beaten Large eggs, cornmeal or possibly flour; mix well.
  2. Refrigerate1 hour.
  3. Heat oil.
  4. While mix is still cool, shape into balls; flatten.
  5. Fry cakes in warm oil till golden.
  6. Remove.
  7. Drain on paper towel.
