Milk Kanten Jello Made by a 3rd Grader (Easy and Delicious)

  1. In a pot, add the kanten to the water.
  2. Arrange the mandarin slices in a mold.
  3. Turn on the heat and stir until bubbles form.
  4. Once it reaches a boil, reduce to medium to low heat and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Turn off the heat, add the syrup and chilled milk and briskly beat.
  6. Pour the mixture into the mold through a tea strainer.
  7. Once it cools, store in the refrigerator until set.
