Milk Kanten Jello Made by a 3rd Grader (Easy and Delicious)
- 300 ml Milk
- 250 ml Water
- 1/2 can Canned mandarin oranges
- 4 grams Powdered kanten
- 2 heaping tablespoons Syrup from canned mandarins
- 50 grams Sugar
- In a pot, add the kanten to the water.
- Arrange the mandarin slices in a mold.
- Turn on the heat and stir until bubbles form.
- Once it reaches a boil, reduce to medium to low heat and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
- Turn off the heat, add the syrup and chilled milk and briskly beat.
- Pour the mixture into the mold through a tea strainer.
- Once it cools, store in the refrigerator until set.
