Potato Soup #5FIX

• 1 (20 ounce) package Simply Potatoes Diced Potatoes with Onion
• 1 (8 ounce) box chicken broth
• 12 lb Velveeta cheese, Cubed
• salt or pepper
• bacon piece (optional)

1. Cook potatoes in chicken broth until soft.
2. Mash the potatoes, but not completely.
3. Add velveeta, Salt, & Pepper and stir.
4. You can add the Real Bacon Pieces to the whole soup, or just in indvidual bowls.
5. Once cheese is melted, serve.
