Amaretto Parfait Dessert Recipe

• 1 c. Fat-free ricotta cheese
• 1/2 c. Fat-free cream cheese
• 1/4 c. Fat-free plain yogurt
• 1 Tbsp. Orange zest
• 2 c. Strawberries, sliced or possibly raspberries
• 2 Tbsp. Amaretto liqueur

1. Combine ricotta cheese, cream cheese and yogurt in a food processor or possibly blender and process till smooth.
2. Stir in orange zest.
3. Divide berries among 6 parfait or possibly wine glasses.
4. Top with cheese mix and drizzle with Amaretto liqueur.
